The classroom teacher at Elements works daily with families, sharing a passion for learning, and a commitment to offering the best possible environment for young children to grow. We all learn together alongside children how to trust in natural learning and build community care.

Being Immersed in the wondrous experiences of children inspired the creation of this school. A place where young humans can be free to follow their natural learning navigation toward fulfillment and connection.
Learning Community
Families take part in the daily routine at Elements, learn and develop the approaches of attunement and agency for children, explore and investigate our own enculturation, support the continuity and stability of the space, and contribute to the creation of this environment in mutual support of the learning community as a whole.
Mission:
Elements natural learning community seeks to integrate the learning and life experience of children within a shared space that embraces mutual exploration, investigation, and growth. Together, in collaboration with you, our mission is to co-create an environment of trust in the natural processes of life to nurture the healthy growth of young children in a community of attuned caregivers embracing intrinsic desire, self-directed learning, and inner navigation.

Additional LEarning Connections
Elements learning community hosts regular seasonal events to support our growing connections and integrate the kids’ life and learning experiences more fully. Parents & Pastries Orientation, Welcome Campfire, Fall Festival, Stone Soup Celebration are just a few opportunities to gather together & connect. The Director comes to visit your home before your child's first day to build the link between school life and home life for your child, and there's an optional 2nd home visit in the spring. We also aim to offer several learning opportunities throughout the year such as curriculum night and a yearly guest speaker when possible.
