"It was a privilege seeing the teachers at Elements do their magic. I say magic because the way that they would meet each child on their own little individual level, while being completely emotionally available to them - was spellbinding. Their nurturing was evident while watching and listening to the kids play. I watched my three year old son’s self awareness, self confidence, and potential for empathy grow. This was no small feat. Shortly after starting preschool, my son was diagnosed with Autistic Spectrum Disorder. My family and I will be forever grateful for the impact that the teachers had on our little boy’s ability to engage and connect with others. They showed dedication to creating meaningful learning experiences that aligned with my son’s interests and gave him the opportunity to seek out learning experiences that were meaningful to him. Elements is a program gives children more than the standard one hour a day outside, a program where children can really connect with nature by being immersed in her wonder. I believe that children are our future and that the only way to create a more sustainable world for our planet is through fostering a deep and meaningful relationship with her."

There are certain people who are gifted as caregivers. The teachers at Elements are among these individuals. As a parent, I care about the approach to child care and curriculum to support our children’s development. However, within minutes of being at Elements, I knew that the teachers are the reason that the approach and curriculum works. I have continually been impressed at their thoughtfulness, patience, and approach to meet each child in their own development. They provide a patient process to each behavioral challenge, an excitement to each discovery, and loving care to each child to know that they matter. I am excited for Elements Preschool as I know so many children will benefit from their school.

The teachers at Elements Preschool have a natural talent for teaching children which has obviously been honed by many years of schooling and experience. Their patience and honest love for the students in their care is obvious from the first moment of interaction. They foster individual development, compassion, communication, collaboration, and a love and respect for the natural world. Children who attend Elements are lucky to have these teachers!
